    Speakers

    Graeme Brooker (UK)

    Interior designer, author of many books and publications on interior design, founder and head of the Department of Interior Design at the Royal College of Art in London, the most prestigious art college in the world.

    Zuzana Phillips (UK/SK)

    Design director at Accanto interiors. She has had an amazing evolution from unfinished projects to luxury interior design for discerning clients. She has led a number of commercial projects with budgets in the millions of pounds.

    Michal Pastier (SK)

    Co-founder and creative director of Darwin & the Machines, a hybrid agency focused on long-term effectiveness in communications, and GoBigName, a branding agency. In the Forbes 30 Under 30.

    Ulla Hell (IT/AT)

    Ulla leads the Italian studio Plasma and has completed a range of small and medium sized projects from conception to realisation. She is a guest lecturer in design courses at the University of Innsbruck and works as a jury member in competitions.

    Lenka Petráková (UK/SK)

    Lenka works for Zaha Hadid Architects (UK) as a senior architect. Prior to joining ZHA, Lenka worked in architectural offices in New York, Vienna and Bratislava. Her portfolio of work spans several countries: China, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Greece, France and Austria.

    Architekti BKPŠ (SK)

    Architects Pavel Paňák and Martin Kusý are living legends of Slovak architecture. Their work ranges from minor intervention to general designer. They are the authors of the Slovak National Theatre or the reconstruction of the Slovak National Gallery.

    Sylvia Ciulis (SK)

    Since 2010 I have been working on Slovak local identity and folk art. As a co-author of the SlovakiaGift brand I cooperate with ÚĽUV and I participated in the IDENTITA SK project with Prof. Ing. Veronika Kotradyová, PhD. We explored artistic expressions in folk crafts and the importance of folk clothing and local crafts for identity and practical use.

    René Pier (DE)

    Award-winning interior architect in spa, hospitality, scenic and product design. Innovator and speaker. Constantly opens and develops international interdisciplinary debate.

    René Baďura (SK)

    Designer, university lecturer, author of publications, lectures and articles on design. He works at the Technical University in Zvolen as head of the Department of Furniture and Interior Design. He has held exhibitions, study stays, internships, lecture series and led workshops abroad.

    Igor Patráš (SK)

    CFO and COO of twd SK, a family-owned company whose mission is to turn the ideas of designers and manufacturers into reality. Co-founder of the brand hrdynabytok.sk, which brings together the best Slovak manufacturers under a common umbrella.

    Magnus Wästberg (SE)

    Lighting specialist and design visionary who has been revolutionising the global lighting industry since 2008.

    Andrea Borská (SK)

    As an architect she has been working with architectural studios in Slovakia and Germany. Currently, she focuses on teaching at the faculties of architecture in Bratislava and Vienna. Her main topic is the sustainability of building and interior materials, structures, buildings and urban neighborhoods.

    Michal Matloň (SK)

    Architecture psychologist helping to create places of flourishing and meaningful work, from offices to urban neighborhoods. He works at theLivingCore in Vienna and has co-founded Venetian Letter – a newsletter on human-centered, science based architecture and urbanism.

    Martin Jelínek (SK)

    Founder and Executive Director of Bright House Language Institute. Renowned lecturer and communication trainer specialising in presentation and intercultural skills.

    Diana Rennerová (SK)

    Stand-up comedian, show founder and content creator. She is also involved in sustainable film production and Slovak entertainment programs.

    Peter Chaban (CZ/SK)

    Chief Architect at CHYBIK+KRISTOF ARCHITECTS & URBAN DESIGNERS

    Martin Derner (SK)

    Martin Derner, an accomplished artist and educator at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, explores private spaces through art, showcased in international exhibitions and lectures like ‘Housing situation’
